Tins Day. (Before A 0. Strode, Esq., R.M.) Civil Cases. Donaldson v. Curie.—A claim for 34s wages. The evidence shewed that the claimant had left Mr Curie’s employ with-■-ut any notice., His Worship said it was quite plain he intended to sacrifice his master’s interest to his owii convenience. Judgment for the plaintiff 5s and costs. Nichol v. Dalgleish. —L2 ss. Mr. C-Co-moro for the defence. No plaintiff appearing the case was dismissed ; plaintiff to pay costs.
