WASTE LAND BOARD.

The Waste Land Board met to-day. Present :-rthe Chief Commissioner of Waste f andg, aad .Messrs Reid and Hughes. The boundaries for sheep, on the Waihola Hundred and the plan, of Alexandra manse site were approved. The Government were recommended to accede,to Strode, and Fraser’s application for a,return of part of premium a'.)d rent ,011 run 437, in consequence of the area being reduced from 15,000 to 12,000 acres. :
Mr B. He Carle, for the Forlmry Park .Company, applied foi 1 a lease of sixteen acres of sandhills. . The company were requested to comply with former resolutions. G. F. Reid’s application for Robertson and Co., for 50ft. extra for, jetty at Kingston, was. granted., ... ...... Connell apd Mfmd'o’sapplication for W. Munroo, for 20 acres Run 243, was granted.
•The Board decided that cattle pot on hundreds after June Ist, are liable to the full assessment. I The plan lodged by Connell and Moodle, of coal lease to Gibbon and Willett, Awamoka, was approved. Rent to be L 25 per annum. Price of coal not to exceed Ida per ton at the pit’s mouth.
