This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor and John Gillies, Esq., 11.M.) breaches of the bye-laws. Walter Simpson, for allowing cows to wander on the Town Belt, was fined 2s fid and costs ; Peter M‘Gregor, for removing surface soil from the Bolt, 10s and costs ; and Henry A. Forster, for neglecting to keep his premises clean, 5s and costs.
