Tjus Day. (Before His Worship the Mayor;) DU 0 NIC AND DISORDERLY. Donald M ‘Kay was fined 20s, or fortyeight hours’ imprisonment, for drunkenness. C'IIARCE OF MALICIOUS WOUNDING. Patrick Brown was charged with unlawfully assaulting and wounding one O’Graly on the 20th May. He was remanded for seven days. SUMMONS CASKS. Lockley, for allowing a chimney to take fire, was lined 5s and costs ; and Held, for riding on a footpath, was fined 20s and costs.
