This Day. (Before His Worsliip the Mayor and E. B, Cargill, Esq., J.P.) DRUNKARDS. The following persons were fined for drunkenness in the amounts stated ;—Win. Cook, 40s, or 3 days imprisonment; Andrew Craig, -ss, or 24 hours; William fitavolcy, 10s, or 43 hours ; David Taylor, ss, or 24 hours ; James Williams, ss, or 24 hours. A DESERTER. Robert Tomlinson, a deserter from H.M.S, Blanche, was remanded in charge of Sergeant Meagher, to be sent to the Blanche. VAGRANCY. John M'Grath, charged with having no visible or lawful means of support, was discharged, the evidence being insufficient. SLY GROG-SELLING. Mary Carter was charged, on the infoma-
