This Dat. (Before J. N. Watt, Esq., E.M., and W. Prunton, iT.JP.) DRUNKENNESS, Peter M ‘Shane was fined 10s ; and Peter Campbell was fined os. VAORANOY. Kate Wilkinson was again brought up, charged with having no visible means of support. The Commissioner of Police said the prisoner wished to be sent to Melbourne, but he could not recommend the Government to incur the expense, as if she would but abstain from drinking she could gat the money to pay her own passage. . She was discharged.
