MAYOR’S COURT.

This Day. (Before I, N, Watt, Feq,, R.M., and W. Brunton, Esq., J.P.) DRUNKARDS. The following decisions were arrived at respecting charges preferred for drunkenness: —Mary Rn.idmgs, alias Smith, dismissed; Henry Rudd, was fined 10s or 48 hour’s imprisonment ; Jane Macrca, dismissed with a caution. PETTY CHARGES. The following fines were inflicted upon the parties named for breaches of tho Byo-laws : —Jamas Reid, S. London, D. R. Hay, J. Proud, David Millar, Thoa. Hancock, and O. Reiohardt, each 2s 6d, for not cleaning the footpaths opposite their premises. Informations against W. Reid, A. Levy, H. Wise, L. Mendelshon, and Laurence Levy, were dismissed on various grounds.
