Seaton, clerk of the Broad Bay Road Board v. Clearwater —1.3 16s for rates. Judgment for the plaintiff with costs. Parsons v. Elder —A claim for pastorage and impounding charges. Mr Catomorc for the defendant. Mr Oatamore pleaded that the provisions of the Impounding Ordinance had not been complied with. The plaintiff was nonsuited.
