OWENCKS AGAIN-TT THE BYE-LAWS. John Gray w r as lined 10s and costs for placing tiinlv rin High street; E. M ‘Ewan and Richard Mulrvan, 10s and costs each for driving across the footpath iu Market street; John Friend 10s and costs, for deliver} "g coal?,, without having- had them weighed ; and William Lodge 5s and costs, for riding across the footpath in Market street. Daniel Beadle was charged with removing surface soil on the South Recreation Ground. It appeared from tho evidence that defendant had received permission to “grub roots” on the Citizens Cricket ground fn m tho person who looked after it. His Worship dismissed tho ease.
