Tl(I3 Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. Colin McDonald was charged with being drunk, and further with being a habitual drunkard. He was discharged on promising to leave the Colony. Francis Halliday, for drunkenness, was lined 10s, or 24 hours; John Rose, 20s, or 48 hours ; Kate Bazley and Ellen Collins, 20s each, or 4 i hours. ROLL CHIMNEY. George Patterson, for neglecting to keep his chimney clean, whereby it took fire, was fined ss.
