MAYOR’S COURT.
This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor and W. H, Yalpy, Esq., J.P.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. Henry Jackson, for drunkenness, was fined 10s, or 24 hours imprisonment. OFFENCES AGAINST THE RVK-LAWS. Robert Cunningham, for driving a cab at night without lights, was fined 5s ; George M'Gowen, on a similar charge, 5s ; Thomas Weir, driving a dray without name and residence painted thereon, dismissed ; Thomas Collins, allowing his cow to wander, 5s ; James Gore, permitting building materials to remain on the street way 10s ; Frederick White, allowing a horse to wander, 10s ; William Hall, a lowing two calves to wander in tho streets, 5s each ; James Hunter, neglecting to clean his premises, 10s.
