This Day. (Before bis Worship the Mayor.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. John (Simpson, for being thunk, was fined 10s, or twenty-four hours’ imprisonment ; John Cunningham, 10s, or twenty-four hours ; Alexander Fawcett, 10s, or twentyfour hours ; Mary Healey, discharged; Thomas Clarke and Kate M‘Donald were each finerl L 5, or fourteen days, for fighting. OFFENCES AGAINST THE BYE-LAWS. On the information of Inspector Nimon, George Foster, for driving an unlicensed carriage, was fined 5s ; Hugh Gourlay, employing an unlicensed cab-driver, dismissed ; Patrick Naughton, allowing two goats to wander in the streets, 2s fid each ; W. H. Horden, neglecting to clean his premises, 10s and costs.
