[FROM our own correspondents.] Christchurch, Wednesday. The nomination for the election of Superintendent took place on the 11th. Mr Rolleston and Mr Moorhouse were proposed. The show of hands was in favor of Mr Moorhouse. A poll was demanded by Mr Rolleston. The election is to take place on the 2nd May.
