RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

This Day. (Before A, C. Strode, Esq., R. M.) APPLICATION FOR A RE-HEARING. Mr Ward, on behalf of Macgregor, applied for a re-hearing in the case of Fish v. Macgregor, on the ground that a special agreement was denied, and that proof of it as well as fresh evidence as to the value of the work, could be produced. His Worship could see no ground for granting a re-hearing as the evidence proffered could as easily have been produced on Monday, when the case was heard, as now. The application was refused. Civil Cases. Header v. Boardman.—A claim of LI 13s. The debt was admitted. Judgment by consent fox- the amount, to be paid in three weeks.
