MAYOR’S COURT.
Tms Day, (Before his Worship the Mayor.) DRUNKENNESS. Andrew Crystal, an old offender, for this offence, and for using abusive language, was sent to gaol for a month. INFORMATIONS BY THE INSPECTOR OF NUISANCES. Frederick Luhning, for neglecting to clean his premises, was fined 5s and costs. Arthur Forrest and George Johnston werq charged with allowing impure water to flow on to tlio. footway in Melville lane. Jolmston was fined 5s and costs; and Forrest, who did not appear, 10s and costs. Audw. Craig was also fined 5s and costs for allowing a cow to be at large.
