This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor and Thos. Dick, Esq., J.P.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. Mark Brandon for being drunk was lined 10s or 21 hours’ imprisonment ; James Quin 5s or 21 hours; Robert Young, 5s or 21 hours ; John Devlin, 5s or 21 hours; Daniel M'Carthy, 5s or 21 hours ; A. Bannatyne, bail forfeited; Joseph Dickenson, 20s or 3 days’ imprisonment. OFFENCES AGAINST THE BYE-LAWS, Alexander M‘Donald for driving a dray without name or address, and on a further charge of riding on a dray without reins was lined 20s and costs.
