INFORMATIONS BY THE INSPECTOR OF NUISANCES. Eobt. Murray, neglecting to keep a light burning on building materials, and William Dalziel, on a like charge, were both dismissed. Richard Tilbury, leaving a dray unattended, 5s and costs. CHARGE OF USING INDECENT AND INSULTING LANGUAGE, Geo. Rogers was charged, on the information of one Lamb, with this offence. Case dismissed for want of evidence.
