RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
This Day. (Before A. C. Strode, Esq,, R.M.) In the following cases judgment was given for the plaintiff:—Kelly v. Coyle, LI 18 4d ; same v. Cochrane, L 4 8s 2d ; v. M'Liskey, L 6 19s; same v. Johnson, L 3 2s 6d. In the case of Douglas v. Bubb, which was a claim for L 3 16s 6d, judgment was 'given for L 3 and costs. There were some twenty cases set down for hearing ; and in seventeen of them judgment was confessed.
