This Day. (Before Dr. Buchanan and A. J. Willis, Esq,, J.P.s) OFFKNfFS AGAINST THE BYE-LAWS. Robt Neil, charged with evasion of toll duos, was dismissed with a caution. Margaret Johnson, for keeping an unregistered goat, and allowing it to wander, was lined 5s and costs. John '•’homas and Thos. Barr, for allowing goats to wander, were lined 2a (id each, and costs. Jus. Darrell, for allowing a cow to wander, was lirod 2s 6d and costs. Thos. Robinson and Wm. Anderson, for allowing horses to wander, were fined 2s Gd each, and costs. Samuel MbMullen, for having an unlicensed person driving his cab, was lined 10s and costs.
