This Lay.' (Before T. Birch, Esq., R.M.. and Edw. M'Glashan, Esq., J.P.) DRUNKARDS. Catherine Gray, for being) drunk and disorderly, was ordered to be imprisoned for 14 days. OFFENCES AGAINST THE BYE-LAWS. Thomas M'Gowan, for furious riding in Princes street yesterday, was lined LI ; T. White, for allowing a horse to wander in Forth street, was fined us. A RUNAWAY. The Commissioner of Police brought before the Bench the boy Gately, who lately ran away from the Industrial School. The Magistrate ordered that, if he misbehaved himself again, he should be whipped.
