Judgment for the amount by default. Brown v. Morrison and John Foster.—Ll3 7s 6d for hire of a horse and buggy, and damage done to them. Mr Wilson for the plaintiff. The summons having been issued in the name of Alexander instead of William Morrison, the Bench postponed the hearing that the amended summons might be served.
