This Day. (Before A. C. Strode, Esq., RM.) . Civil Casks. M‘G v Joyce, L 6 10s. Judgment for the plaintiff by default. - Walsh v Robertson, LI 5s 9d. Judgment for the plaintiff.—Several oases were struck out for non-appearance. JUDGMENT, His Worship gave judgment in the case of Harrison v Hunter and Goodfellow. Our readers may remember that this was a claim for L2O for damage to a horse, cart, and harness through a trench having been incompletely filled up in Princes street. Judgment for the defendants.
