MINOR OFFENCES. John Campbell, for allowing two cows to wander, was fined 5s and costs. D. Proudfoot, for neglecting to clean his premises in Maclaggan street, was dismissed, the nuisance having been removed. J. Otto, charged with a breach of the Building Ordinacce by erecting a building within the city without giving due notice to the Building Surveyor, was dismissed, the information being informal.
