This Day. (Before A. C. Strode, Esq., R.M.) Civil Cases. Sontag v. Badger.—This was a claim for Ll3 4s, for fruit trees sold and delivered. There was no appearance of defendant, and judgment was given for plaintiff for amount claimed, with costs. Jones v. Ahern.—Claim of L 3, for goods supplied. No appearance of either party ._ Gregory v. Patterson.—This was a claim for L 4 14s 4d, goods sold and delivered. The debt was acknowledged. Judgment for plaintiff, with costs. Brien v. Mills.—This was a claim for L 6 0s 6d, for services rendered. The account was disputed, and defendant paid into Court L2 19s. Judgment for plaintiff, L 3 18s 6d—the coats to be divided. Bell v. Watson.—This was a fraud summons, calling upon defendant to show cause why he had not satisfied a judgment of the Court for L 4 Ga. The plaintiff was not desirous of pressing tho defendant if he showed any disposition to pay by instalments. An order was made to pay 5s per week, or in default fourteen days’ imprisonment.
