Tins Day. (Before Captain Eraser, E. M'Glasbau, and A. J. Burns, Esqs., J.P’s.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. John Duff, an habitual drunkard, was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment. Thomas Muir was fined 10s, or 24 hours’ imprisonment. B. Farra, an old offender, was fined L2, or 14 days’ imprisonment. W, Johnson and M. Sullivan, ou bail, their nail was forfeited. Catherine Lusou was fined 10s, or 24 hours’ imprisonment. VURIOUS DRIVING. J. Nicol was charged with driving a buggy and two horses in a furious and negligent manner in the public streets. Fined L 5 and costs.
