This Day. (Before James Fulton, Esq., R.M. THREATENING LANGUAGE. Wilson v. Young and Godfrey.—The complainant applied that the defendants should be required to enter into sureties to keep the peace, they having been guilty of using threatening language. The Magistrate after some inquiry recommended the matter to be settled out of court. Civil Cases. North and Scoular v. Kiordau. —A claim for L 6. Judgment for the plaintiff. How v. Johnston.—Ll 11s 9d. The sum of 15s was paid into couit and judgment given for that amount. The case of Hawkins v. Abbott was further postponed to Thursday.
