This lot is as well sheltered as Lot 1., and commands equally varied and magnificent views. The water is laid on in Park street, and for general convenience of locality, combined with beauty of prospect and salubrity of air, cannot at the present day he equalled in Dunedin. Lot HI. consists of about a quarter of an acre, reaching from the foot of the grassy steep to Park street, to which it commands a splendid building frontage. lot is, if possible, bettex’ sheltered than the other two, and possesses a charming view, though not quite so extensive as Lots I. and 11. The approach to Lots 11. and HI. is first class, and the present proprietor pays only ordinary cab fare.
