This "Day. (Before T. Birch, Esq , R.M., and Captain Fraser, Esq., J. P.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. Charles M'Ewen and Robert Bruce, for this offence, were each fined ss, or 24 hours’ imprisonment. ALLEGED EMBEZZLEMENT. Alex. Wiseman, on remand, was charged with having embezzled certain sums of money, the property of his employer, Mr H. S. Fish. Two charges were gone into, and the prisoner was coipujitted for trial on both at the next Criminal Sessions of the Supreme Court.
