[from our own correspondent.] Invercargill, Thursday. There were eight candidates for the representation of Invercargill in the Provincial Council. The members returned were—Hr. Menzies, Messrs Lnmsden and Webster, anti-union candidates ; and Mr Calder, who is in favor of re-union.
