Correspondence.

[We are not responsible for the opinions expressed by our correspondents.] SPIRITUALISM. To the Editor of the Evening Star. Sir, —Since the delivery of Mr Gillies lecture on “ Spiritualism ” a considerable amount of attention to and interest in the subject has been av/ dtened. May I suggest that th se who have definite opinions on either side should take an opportunity of openly discussing the matter. There is nothing like discussion in such matters. It is far b-tter and more satisfactory in every respect than a newspaper correspondence. I am certainly not a spiritualist myself, but am anxious to hear what may he said in its defence or in opposition to it. —I am, &c., Leaner.
