AMNESTY IN SPAIN
r. i.- *i. MADRID, October 27. Cabinet has conditionally liberated 264 political prisoners, including Rafael Henche, who was Mayor of Madrid during the civil war also Teodomiro Memendez, one of Spain's best-known Republican Socialist deputies. Both were serving life sentences.
