These awards are in addition to the announcement last month that the Rhodes Trustees have decided to award this year two special scholarships to reconmmended servi cement, applications for the latter closing with university registrars on October 31. Applications for the British Council scholarships, of which further details will reach the University of New Zealand shortly, will close on December 1.
