LAVAL'S INTENTIONS
Rec. 2 p.m. LONDON, July 26. Reuters Barcelona correspondent says it is reliably learned that Pierre Laval, head of the Vichy Government, has applied to the Spanish authorities for his release from Montjuich fortress. It is believed that Laval intends to go to Paris at his own risk.
