ACQUITTED BY JURY
P.A ' DUNEDIN, July 26. The trial of John Edward Clare Nicholson, 21, milk-bar attendant, on a charge of manslaughter in unlawfully causing the death of George Henderson Findlay, farmer, of Tuatapere, was concluded in the Supreme Court before Mr. Justice Kennedy yesterday. The deceased was struck by the accused after an altercation in a hotel bedroom. A verdict of not guilty was returned.
