SYDNEY, July 24,

Regulations prohibiting the manufacture of certain cosmetics and toilet preparations have been lifted by the Federal Government.

The articles which can now be manufactured include perfumes, nail lacquers and nail-lacquer removers, brilliantines and hair preparations, mascara, bath salts, beauty masks, astringent lotions, many special types of face creams and lotions, and suntan preparations.
