PARTIAL DEMOBILISATION IN RUSSIA
NEW YORK, July 23
Vassili Kuznetsov, leader of the Soviet trade union delegation, stated that a partial demobilisation of the Russian army was in progress and production of munitions was being cut back. The delegation, which is the first Russian trade union body to arrive in the United States since the revolution, was invited by the Congress of Industrial Organisations.
