.A fine of £3 and costs on each charge was imposed on Lawrence Petersen, labourer, 39, by Mr W F Stilwell, S.M., in the Magnate's Court yesterday for failing to* comply with a direction of the man-power officer to work with the W.C.C. L. Stout, S.M.
