Eec. 2 p.m. SYDNEY, September 3. More than 250 seamen at a New South Wales port have decided not to take their ships to sea until their demand for the dismissal of a chief steward is granted. The Maritime Industry Commission has ordered the ships to sea and warned union officials that severe penalties have been prescribed for taking part in an unlawful stoppage. A union official said that the dispute had been called because of the inadequate quality and quantity of food on a ship. '
