WELLINGTON WEST
Mr Stevenson McDougall, Demoieratic Soldier-Labour candidate for Wellington West, addressed a meeting fe in. the Parish Hall, Karori, on Tuesday evening. The candidate was given an attentive hearing as he outlined the policy of his party, and at the conclusion of his address a hearty vote of thanks and confidence was carried. Last night at the Vogelmorn Hall, Mr. McDbugallhad a good meeting of supporters. Mr. McDougall dealt mainly with rehabilitation and soldier pension matters. A unanimous vote of confidence in the Democratic Soldier-Labour Party was carried, and Mr. McDougall was assured of enthusiastic support in his candidature.
