PA . NAPIER, This Day. 'The Minister (Mr. . Fraser) addressed a public meeting last evening. He was accorded an attentive hearing, and there was only one interjection throughout the whole evening. His remarks followed the line of his address at Wellington, reviewing Labour's efforts during the past eight Mr.' Fraser goes on today to New Plymouth.
