NO WILL FOUND
THE LATE KING BORIS
LONDON, August 31
King Boris's will, • which may name the three members of the Bulgarian Regency Council, has not yet been found, though his papers have been searched, says the German overseas radio. Official quarters in Sofia are reticent, and refuse to confirm or deny that Boris made a will.
The Ankara correspondent of the British United Press says that leaflets are being circulated in Sofia stating that King Simeon, who is aged six, is merely a tool for the Nazi Prime Minister, Professor Filov, and that the Opposition parties will refuse to recognise the accession unless Nazi influence is thrown out. Indications are growing that the Nazis will seize power. There are at present two or three German divisions in Bulgaria.
