The Minister of Finance. Mr. Andrews, accompanied by Lord Glentoran. Parliamentary Secretary of Finance, and Mr. J. F. Gordon, Minister of Labour, ha? gone to London, at the request of Mr. Churchill, to discuss the question of conscription in Ulster,
The "Daily Telegraph" says that the Ulster Ministers are unanimously in favour of conscription and that before Mr. Andrews departed the council of the Unionist. Party gave him a free hand.—U.P.A. \
