(P.A.) TIMARU, May 23. The judicial committee of the South Canterbury Jockey Club has received notification that a gentleman rider's certificate has not yet been issued to Mr. G. H. Paul, rider of Norse in the Duke of Gloucester Cup race. It was accordingly resolved that Norse, winner of the cup, be disqualified for the race ui.der rule 142. subsection 1, and rule 263, sections 1 and 2. and that Auctor be placed first, Taxpayer second, and Fundy Bay third.
