NAZIS USE SINGLE PLANES

An Air Ministry communique states that a few single enemy aircraft were flown over Britain today. One of these dropped bombs on a village in Sussex, and damaged several cottages and caused a number of casualties. Bombs dropped elsewhere did little damage and there were no casualties One enemy fighter was shot down by our fighters this morning.—8.0. W.
