COMMAND OF AIR
SEEN IN FEW MONTHS
RESULT OF EMPIRE AIR PLAN
TORONTO, May 21
The British High Commissioner. Mr. Malcolm Mac Donald, said in a speech that the Empire air training scheme would make decisive our air mastery over Germany before many months were over.
He added: "The people of Britain will never give in. ,We shall never be so weak in relation to the enemy as we were last June, when our armies lost much equipment with the collapse of France. We shall survive anything the enemy can do now or in the future."—U.P.A.
