U.S. PASSPORT RESTRICTIONS
WASHINGTON, October 15. To keep Americans from danger in the Far East the State Department announces that passports are not being issued unless the applicant can supply a satisfactory reason for going to the Far East. Such restrictions hitherto have applied only to Europe.
