BRITAIN & RUMANIA
NORMAL TRADE RELATIONS CEASE
LONDON, October 16. A member of Parliament suggested today in the House of Commons that as Germany dominated Rumania that country should be included in the Allied blockade.
In reply, the Foreign Under-Secre-tary, Mr. Butler, agreed that Rumania was under the economic domination of Germany. Consequently, the British Government had ceased to retain normal trade relations with Rumania.
