MR. E. T. CRUTCHLEY

LONDON, October 6. Mi\ E. T. Crutchley, Public Relations officer to the Post Office since 1935, is dead, at the age of 62. He suffered a heart attack on returning from a conference at the Ministry of . Information.

Mr. Ernest Tristram Crutchley, who served throughout the last war in the Royal Engineers (Army Postal Service), .was the British Government Representative for Migration in Australia in 1928 and represented the British Government in Australia :"rom 1931 to 1935. He was Assistant Under-Secre-tary at the Dominions Office during part of 1936 and 1937.
