N.Z. MILITARY FORCES
APPOINTMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
The following appointments and promotions in the New Zealand Military Forces have been gazetted:—
Captain C. H. T. Skelly is appointed 2nd in Command, No. 2 Training Unit, Trentham Mobilisation Camp.
Captain W. A. Breach is granted the temporary rank of Major while carrying out the duties of Assistant Quarter-master-General, Central Military District Headquarters, Wellington.
L. N. Mcllroy to be Lieutenant, New Zealand Dental Corps, and is appointed Dental Officer, Trentham Mobilisation Camp.
Lieutenant A. G. Melles, M.C., New Zealand Dental Corps, is appointed Dental Officer, Trentham Mobilisation Camp.
N.Z. MEDICAL CORPS,
Lieut-Colonel J. H. G. Robertson, C.8.E., V.D., M.8., Ch.B., F.R.C.S., Edin., Retired List, to be Lieut-Colonel, Central Military District (unattached).
Captain A. A. Macdonald, M.8., Ch.B., F.R.C.S., Edin., Ist Field Ambulance, to be Major.
S. W. Crawford, M.D., Ch.B., to ,6e Captain (temp.), Central Military District, and is seconded for duty with the Royal New Zealand Air Force.
EXPEDITIONARY FORCE.
18th Army Troops Company, N.Z. Engineers—Major E. R. McKillOp is seconded for special duty and is granted the temporary rank of LieutColonel.
No. 2 General Hospital, N.Z.M,C.~Lieutenant . and , Quartermaster J. B. Austin is granted the temporary rank of Captain.
Headquarters, Bth N.Z. Infantry Brigade Group.—Colonel W. H. Cunningham, C.8.E., D.5.0., V.D. (Reserve of Officers).
Bth N.Z. Infantry Brigade Group, N.Z. Medical Corps.—Major (temp. Lieut-Colonel) P. C. Davie, Captain (te"mp. Major) J. R. Wells.
