ST. JOHN AMBULANCE BRIGADE
The recently-formed section of the' St. John Ambiilance Brigade at Foxton made its'public appearance oh Labour Day, ■when it attended to, no fewer than ten casualties-r-four due to road accidents, two on a football field, and four at the motor sports. One, Of the accidents was a rather serious one, and the St. John Ambulance man who rendered first aid was complimented by the doctor on his excellent work. A first-aid class pf instruction is now being held atiOroua Downs under the guidance of Dr. Adah Platts-Mills. ,
